Quantity and dosage
For one serving: pop 3 or 4 tablespoons of Chia Breakfast Mix into a bowl and pour in a least twice as much water. Stir thoroughly and then leave to stand for 5 minutes or until the chia seeds have absorbed all of the water. Store in a tightly sealed container and in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 2 months.

Tastes Good

This tastes good, but even after five minutes with water the consistency is watery. I may try leaving it overnight in the fridge, like chia pudding to see if it gels up.
